Why should I check my statistics regularly?
- You'll get to know your customers and their scanning behaviour
Of all the customers who scanned at least once in your business, you'll receive relevant details, such as their age, gender and location. You'll also learn what the peak times are for your business and when your customers visit less often.
- You'll maximise your return
The stats page on the Joyn Merchant Portal will also show you which promos and rewards score well with your customers. Based on that info, you can adjust your future promotions and rewards.
