How does an automatic birthday campaign work?

When a Joyn user registers, he is asked to complete his profile with certain information, including date of birth. Want to give your customers a small gift for their birthday? Encourage them to always complete their Joyn profile as completely as possible.

Each merchant ultimately decides for himself whether or not to activate the automatic birthday campaign. We of course recommend that you do. You create a birthday email once, attach a nice coupon and the system takes care of the rest. The campaign remains active until you deactivate it.

You can set the email to be sent on the customer’s birthday itself or up to 1 month earlier. Sometimes, it can be interesting to contact the customer earlier.
If you send the email just before his birthday, the recipient is more likely to think of you first if he is looking for something for the day itself.
