How do I create a reminder campaign?
You can create a reminder campaign in the Joyn merchant portal by completing the steps below:
- Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
- Open the ‘Campaigns’ tab.
- Choose ‘+ Create new campaign’.
- Select the ‘Reminder’ option and name your campaign.
- Now you can start filling the content of your campaign. How long after a customer’s last visit this email can be sent, which title to give to the message and what it contains, is entirely up to you. This way, you can give it a personal touch.
You only need to set up a reminder campaign in the Joyn merchant portal once. Each day, the system keeps track of who is due to receive the email.
