How do I create a birthday campaign?
You can create a birthday campaign in the Joyn merchant portal quickly and easily by completing the steps below:
- Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
- Open the ‘Campaigns’ tab.
- Choose ‘+ Create new campaign’.
- Select the ‘Birthday’ option and name your campaign.
- Now you can start filling the content of your campaign. You decide when the customer celebrating his/her birthday receives the congratulatory message and at what time the email will be sent.
You only need to set up a birthday campaign in the Joyn merchant portal once. The system is connected directly with your customer database and keeps track of which person whose birthday it is has received the email.
